Next Weekend: Pentecost, Mother’s Day, Albany’s Tulip Festival, and Art!Song! Come to Westminster’s sanctuary this Saturday, May 10, to see a display of religious artwork by Ann Fitzgibbons, and to hear a concert of music celebrating the creative gifts of women. Performers will include soprano Sharon Stohrer, violinist Ann-Marie Barker Schwartz, and our own Sue Fedak and Starr Norman. The concert will take place at 2 p.m.; the art exhibit will be open from 1 until 5 p.m. Then, at Second Hour next Sunday, meet and hear artist Ann Fitzgibbons as she describes the ancient art of painting religious icons. Tell everyone you know about this special weekend, and invite them to come!

This year, the money will be divided between the Schuyler Inn Homeless Shelter (summer programs) and Youth Organics.
