Furious Flamingos!  The Youth Group flamingo fundraiser is ending, having raised over $2,300 in support of the youth mission trip to Pittsburgh this summer!  Now it's time for our itinerant pink birds to find new permanent homes.  If you want to keep some plastic flamingos for yourself or give them to someone as a gift, ask about buying a few after the service in the Welles room, or send an email to Andrea Holroyd at andj.holroyd@gmail.com and Eugene Sit at eugene.sit@gmail.com.

Night Church: a contemplative, individual worship experience with silence, readings, music and opportunities for prayer. We are trying something new during Lent to reach out to the neighborhood. Come experience worship in a different way. Fridays in March from 7 to 8 p.m. Contact Pastor Frances Rosenau to volunteer.

Five Wednesday noon Bible Studies will be held at the church, beginning Wednesday, Feb. 29. Minister-friends of Westminster will take turns leading discussions on Old Testament personalities. Feb. 29: "Abraham," led by Jim Thompson; Mar. 7: "Jacob," led by David McMillan; Mar. 14: "Moses," led by Jim Reisner; Mar. 21: "Ruth," led by Glenn VanOort; Mar. 28: "David," led by Alexandra Lusak. Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper: Get some great food and support the youth mission trip to Pittsburgh. We are now forming the Honorary Committee $60 for the Golden Flapjack Circle and $45 for the Silver Dollar Circle. Contact Pastor Frances Rosenau for more information.  Bring the whole family and enjoy this Westminster tradition! February 21st from 5:30 to 7 p.m. $8 for adults; $5 for children.

Donations of computers and printers appreciated: Forrest Holroyd is ready to refurbish your donation for children and youth whose families don’t have a computer and printer. Contact Forrest or the church office, if you have donations.

FOCUS Interfaith Food Pantry: During February Westminster is asked to donate toothpaste. Donations may be left in the bin located in the Chestnut Street hallway.

Chancel flowers are given each Sunday by members and friends of our congregation. If you would like to donate flowers in honor of someone, in memory of someone, or in celebration of an event, you may sign up on the board in the sanctuary, or call the church office.
